Nikita joined Consumer Links in September 2020 as a HR Administrator.
Nikita has added the role of Payroll specialist to her repertoire.
Nikita ensures that the business is kept true in accordance to the Labour Laws of South Africa and works with the Heads of the Business on ensuring the processes of the business are being adhered to.
Nikita enjoys working on defining the culture and values as well as writing policies and procedures that align with the business objectives.
Nikita also works tirelessly towards achieving true diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
