He has an early background in Learning and Development which has been his passion for more than a decade.
He started his outsourcing career within the UK Telecoms industry before tackling globally recognized brands across various industries in the Australian, USA, UK and South African markets.
Nardeem has overseen diverse contact centre management functions during his career, including Recruitment, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Skills Development, Engagement and People.
Nardeem joined Consumer Links SA in May 2022 and has demonstrated key strengths through his work in developing internal learnership and leadership programs for our staff.
His experience and expert-level knowledge of all things L&D make him the ideal custodian to oversee the onboarding of new employees and the ongoing development of our people.
