Finn O'Connor
Head Of Site
Finn joined Consumer Links in August 2023 to drive the firm’s growth strategy.
Hailing from West Yorkshire, Finn has previously spent 5 years working in a BPO environment in South Africa and returns to Durban as our Head of Site at Consumer Links.
Finn’s background is in operations within FCA-regulated claims management and financial services organisations; he held an FCA Senior Manager Function in a previous role.
He’s also got significant experience in training and recruitment. Finn studied at the University of Manchester and also has a year of experience working in the Cayman Islands.
